Therapeutic Modalities

Explore our therapeutic modalities that complement physiotherapy to enhance your recovery

Innovative Healing Techniques for Every Body

We offer a range of therapeutic modalities in Woodbridge at our clinic, tailored to support your recovery and enhance treatment outcomes. Depending on your needs, we use a variety of advanced techniques to promote healing, reduce pain, and improve mobility.

What we offer

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy uses suction cups on the skin to increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and support healing. It’s often used to reduce pain, improve mobility, and speed up recovery, with temporary circular marks that fade quickly.

NMES (Neuro Muscular Electric Stimulation)

The use of electrical impulses to stimulate muscles, aiding in strength recovery, reducing muscle atrophy, and improving function after injury or surgery. It's an effective therapy for rebuilding muscle and promoting healing.

Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy uses cold temperatures to reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling, helping speed up recovery from injuries and muscle soreness.

Therapeutic ultrasound

By using high-frequency sound waves, it stimulates circulation, decreases inflammation, and accelerates tissue repair, making it an effective therapy for soft tissue injuries, muscle strains, and joint pain.

Interferential Current and TENS (Transcutaneous Nerve Stimulation)

Interferential Current (IFC) and TENS are both electrical therapies that reduce pain and promote healing. IFC targets deep tissues to alleviate pain and inflammation, while TENS uses electrical impulses to block pain signals and boost endorphin release.

Heat therapy

Heat Therapy uses warmth to relax muscles, improve circulation, and reduce pain. It is effective for easing muscle stiffness, joint pain, and promoting overall relaxation.

Crafting your path to recovery

By combining hands-on physiotherapy techniques with advanced therapeutic modalities in Woodbridge, we address pain, inflammation, and muscle imbalances more efficiently. This integrated approach not only accelerates recovery but also improves strength, flexibility, and mobility.
